Please read this policy before making a payment.
LEGALKING / RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. Token amount
The token amount paid to start your service is non-refundable once the name application has been filed. Name approval work, search and filing begin immediately after the token amount is received.
2. 60-day completion period
Once your process has started, it must be completed within 60 days. If, for any reason, you do not complete the process within 60 days, LegalKing will not carry out any further work on it and no refund of any amount paid will be given.
3. Government and third-party fees
Government fees, stamp duty, professional fees of third parties and other statutory charges, once paid or filed, are non-refundable.
4. Work already started
Once work has started on your service, such as drafting, document preparation or filing, the fees for that work are non-refundable.
5. Delays and rejections
LegalKing is not responsible for delays, objections or rejections by government departments, portals or authorities, or for those caused by incomplete, incorrect or late documents from the client. Such cases are not eligible for a refund.
6. Reopening a closed case
If a case is closed after the 60-day period, it can be restarted only on fresh payment of fees and applicable charges.
7. Refund requests
