1. Acceptance of terms
By using the LegalKing website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our services
LegalKing provides business registration, tax, compliance, trademark and related documentation services. The scope, fees and timeline for each service are shared with you before work begins.
3. Nature of advice
LegalKing is not a law firm and we are not advocates. Any advice we give is only our personal, practical guidance based on our experience and is shared from our end only. It is not legal advice and has no legal standing. If you face any issue or loss after acting on our advice, LegalKing will not be responsible or liable for it. For formal legal opinion or court matters, please consult a qualified advocate.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. You are responsible for any delay, rejection or penalty caused by incorrect or missing information.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are as quoted or agreed in writing. Government fees, stamp duty and third-party charges are usually separate unless stated otherwise. Work begins after the agreed payment is received.
6. Timelines
Timelines we share are estimates. Actual time depends on government departments, portals and document verification, which are outside our control.
7. No guarantee of approval
Registrations, licences and certificates are issued by government authorities. We prepare and file applications with care, but we cannot guarantee approval or a particular outcome.
8. Refunds
Refunds, if any, depend on the stage of work completed and are handled as agreed in writing. Government fees already paid cannot be refunded by us.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your documents and business information confidential and use them only to deliver the services you ask for, except where the law requires disclosure.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
